[Halla_parity] PVDIS Startup Status and Shifts

Dear PVDIS collaborators,

As you probably have heard, the transition from HAPPEx to PVDIS is 
moving along, but slowly.  As a consequence, we are canceling the 
following shifts:

    * Monday, 2 Nov, day, All shifts
    * Monday, 2 Nov, swing, All shifts
    * Tuesday, 3 Nov, owl, All shifts
    * Tuesday, 3 Nov, day, SL and 3rd, but *TO should report to shift*

Work will continue tomorrow (Saturday) on the boggies, crane and cryo.  
Work on the target was completed today and the target chamber will be 
closed tomorrow.  We hope to be in commissioning mode by Wednesday.
