[Halla_parity] [APEX] Hall A current status : no access permitted for 3 hours

Dear collaborators,
the PREX run was successfully completed with a few days of running at 70 
uA collecting a charge of about 52.9 C. The people from the radiation 
control group made an inititial survey after beam was off at 7 AM and it 
seems the radiation levels are too high right now to access the hall.
We will redo a survey in 3 hours to reassess the situation and hopefully 
we should be able to access some area of the hall by then. So work in the 
hall which was planned is postponed until then. I will send an 
update then and post an HALOG about it.
