[Halla_parity] [APEX] Hall status : Hall is in restricted access

The high radiation area was fenced by the Hall A technical staff and
locked by the Radiation Control Group people. Hall A in fully in
restricted access and no radiation watch is needed.
The regular shift schedule for APEX is back in effect.
Make sure to respect the roped area as usual.

For people who are new to the experiment you should read the safety COO,
ESAD, RSAD and septum OSP documents and sign the folder located in the
counting house front room before you access Hall A.

People who have not completed the Hall A walkthrough can proceed in doing it.
