This week I am sharing the Run Coordinator duties
with Mark Dalton.  The run starts on Monday Mar 15.

Ed Folts seemed optimistic we would be on time; we'll
reassess this by Thursday at least.  It's understood
that if there is a delay, we need to get the info out
to shift workers ASAP, but at this point we can assume
there is no further delay.  As I've said before, if
you've signed up for a shift, you get credit for it,
regardless whether the shift is cancelled or not.

Compton work is going pretty well.  People have been
working literally around the clock.

The Accelerator will be ready.  They start delivering
beam to Hall B on Thursday.

PREX meeting is Thursday 3 pm in A110.  We'll start
daily meetings next Monday.
