[Halla_parity] meeting and shifts -- LATER

For PREX:

Today's meeting is cancelled.  The first run-related meeting
is Thursday 3 pm in 2nd floor CH.

The shifts are cancelled until Thursday swing.  Thurs swing
and Fri owl are on "standby".  Friday day shift is for real
(I hope).

Standby means you might be needed, but possibly not.

Installations continue, but we're not there yet.
