[Halla_parity] Compton; and other PREX news

That's great news about the Compton from Sirish.
It was the last remaining "big" uncertainty
for starting PREX.

Now we have a complex commissioning program ahead
of us, which is mostly expert-driven

We start daily meetings on Tuesday March 16.
Each day we meet at 3 pm in the 2nd floor CH.

Yesterday we had a PREX meeting with updates
on subsystem progress (URL below).  Detector
installations will continue through the weekend.
There's still some work to do on Compton.
Work in the target area is projected to be
finished by approx. 5 pm Tuesday, so shifts
may start next Wednesday Mar 17 (day shift).
