[Halla_parity] PREX extension, call for shifts

The JLab management has extended the PREX run time to June 15.  Please
consider signing up for shifts on the PREX experiment.  The requirement
for publications is 6 shifts.  You get credit for any shift for which
you signed up, even if it got cancelled, but as you know we've had many
problems, so we're hoping the collaborators will volunteer for some
extra shifts.  Regarding the problems, it's too complex to summarize
them here, but we think we are taking high-quality data under proposal
conditions now.  If we run well until June 15 we will essentially meet
our error goals.  The target vacuum and the radiation damage to equipment
remain our biggest concerns.  Polarimetry, as always, remains a concern,
but the polarimeters are making massive progress and are producing results.
