[Halla_parity] PREX extension, shifts, and the signup password

A refinement on what I said earlier:  There is, I am now told, a "draft"
schedule being circulated which has PREX running until June 22.  Our
shift signup sheet goes to June 15, which I think is certain.  When and
if the "draft" becomes "official", we'll modify this and notify the
collaboration.

Also, that password for shift signup:  "leadradius"  (without the quotes).
