[Halla_parity] high radiation watchers needed

Hey all,

As you may realize, with single-arm running we are only getting ~40% 
efficiency and have no info about correlations, etc.  So getting the 
left dipole working needs to be a priority.  To that end -there is going 
to be work going on in the hall today and it is expected that we will 
need radiation watchers.   If you can spare some time to help us make 
the rotations down in the hall shorter, please let me know.

If you are going to be a shift worker and have not already received the 
briefing at MCC, please consider doing so.
