[Halla_parity] PVDIS main paper v0.83

Dear All:

Thanks to Alexandre, Katherine and Diana for the detailed comments. I have attached a new version (v0.83). A few changes worth mentioning here are:

1) References for Wu, and the GSW theory are now added (4 references);

2) One reference for the APV Cs result has been added;

3) I re-worked the symbol "A" in all equations for both the main and the methods section files. Now, all equations related to general theory are shown as "A_PV", all SM predictions are "A_SM" (including the sensitivity to C1,2), while "A_exp" is only used to present physics results.

3) The hatch style for Fig.1 has been updated. Each ellipse is now identified by both the color and the hatch style.

4) The result for the weak mixing angle is explained in more detail, and is now a separate paragraph. (The latest fit to the world data is from Jens and is not published, so no reference needed.)

5) Methods section: the kinematic range of DIS#1 and #2 have been moved from the introduction to the experimental setup section.

Please provide your comments for the new version. If I do not receive major comments, then I expect to submit it within a couple of working days.
