[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall status update

Just a quick status update on the Accelerator and plans for Hall A.

Shifts are cancelled through Thursday OWL.  Folks signed up for Thursday DAY shift should watch their email and/or contact Dave Gaskell (upcoming RC)  to confirm their status a few days from now.

A few bullet points from over the weekend.
- Restoration of beam to Hall B was not successful this weekend due to some energy instabilities in the south linac.  Work on understanding the source of this problem is ongoing.   Hall D still has 3--4 days of commissioning to do before beam can be delivered to Hall A.  The optimistic guess is for MCC to complete the RF separation work on Thursday day shift, with beam (maybe) to the Hall A dump during swing.  Stay tuned though...
- The HRS magnets started cooling with LHe late last week.  I gather that at least some of the magnets are now cold (good news!).
- If cryo behaves, then the target may be cooled on Thursday as a trial run and to support target training (see below).  We'll warm the target back up if there won't be any beam over the weekend.
- Sign up for shifts next week!

Target training is planned for 1:30-3:30 on 11/6  (Thursday) in CEBEAF Center room B101.  Contact JP Chen <jpchen at jlab.org> if you are a TO to get trained.
