[Halla_running] Proposal for daily meeting

Hi,
Since we are a month away from beam, I am proposing that people involved in
installation meet every day at the counting house starting next week. I was
thinking usual 3 PM time would be good, it should be pretty short less than
30 minutes or so. Let me know if you prefer another time and we can adjust.

Send me a list of critical items you think are needed for the run, and I
will compile a list so we can keep track of them.
