[Halla_running] Counting house computers will be down

Hi all,

due to the power situation in the counting house building, I will shut
down all counting house computers this morning until further notice.

We had expected to keep the computers up during the planned outages by
using the generator-backed emergency power feed. Unfortunately, the
backup generator itself has failed, and efforts to repair it (by adding
oil, apparently) have been unsuccessful. Communication about these
issues is practically non-existent. As a result, we have no choice but
to anticipate unpredictable and lengthy outages during at least the
remainder of September.
