[Halla_running] Counting house computers will be down

All:
I've put together a draft plan/outline of events and sent
it to Rusty for discussion. I'd like to have them check it
for factual accuracy before I send it out, but we are
close to a solution for the ongoing power issues.
Regarding emergency power, I did discuss the situation
briefly with Brad this evening, and I can give you the
same information I shared with him.
1) Transformer T-8 (the one that is backed-up by the
generator) is back online and fully operational.
2) The generator is NOT running at this time.
3) Facilities is contracting to have the generator rebuilt
and exhaustively tested immediately.
4) In the event that a tropical storm or hurricane is projected
before the generator is repaired, Facilities will procure a
temporary generator for the End Station Loop and connect
it before the storm arrives. (This connection will require
a half day outage to connect and another to disconnect - so
it is not the best option unless an outage is expected).
Just today we have implemented several decisions that
should minimize unexpected and unplanned outages, all
of which are detailed in the draft document.
For now, I would encourage you to bring the systems
back online on the existing power and I will provide you
as much other information as possible in the very near
future.
