[Halla_running] UIM Recent Issues and Corrective Actions

All:

As I mentioned yesterday, I've been working with the folks in
Facilities Management to try to resolve some of the power issues
we've experienced in just the past week.  Attached is a copy of
the information that we have discussed, along with their (and our)
plans for reducing problems as this project continues.

I should point out, that despite a few errors, Facilities staff have
put in some extraordinary efforts this week to try to correct several
problems that no one could have foreseen.  As discussed earlier today,
they are bringing in a crew tomorrow morning to install backup
electrical circuits for Hall C's Counting Room UPS - a problem that
was only reported to them at noon today.

Please read through the attached information and let me know if you
have any questions.  I will be meeting with their planning team again
tomorrow morning and should have a revised Physics UIM schedule
ready for distribution tomorrow evening.
