[Halla_running] Monday meeting summary / task lists / meeting days

Hi,

we met yesterday to go over status and list of tasks to be done.

There is not power in the counting house so for now meeting will be held in
Cebaf Center. We decided to meet every 2 days for now : Monday Wednesday
Friday at 3 PM I will send the room.

All HV are using Rapsberry Pi we are modifying the HV GUI to take that into
account.

Bob will reorganize the normalization scalers with Kalyan and implement the
helicity gating. Charge asymmetry will be monitored using scalers, so far
we are planning to control the charge asymmetry manually.
