[Halla_running] Hall A RC Update

Hello everyone,

Last night, MCC was able to center tune beam on the dump in Hall A at 9.5
GeV. MCC has stopped operation since 9AM to do repairs and checks on
various items such as 750 MHz separator, 1HA2C04, accelerator viewers, and
BSY power supply. They indicated this late morning that the machine should
be running again some time this afternoon. When operations are restored, we
will resume our plan to carry out beamline studies at 5 uA.

We are eager to make sure that the *shifts* are filled,* especially on this
weekend.* There are numerous holes, and *we need shift leaders**.* In
addition, there are numerous OWL shifts that are not filled in the coming
weeks. Remember that OWL shifts are weighted to count as 1.5 days!
