[Halla_running] Hall A RC Update

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to update everyone on Hall A status and the weekend plan.

Currently, the accelerator is still working to reestablish operation by
repairing a pump in the north linac. They are still aiming to restore beam
during the SWING shift. The plan for the weekend is to await CW, and, if
possible, complete beamline studies. Designated experts are on call to
arrive if necessary.

MCC had significant difficulty establishing CW this early morning due to
complications in the Hall A arc, identical to our experience in the Fall.
They indicate that if they are unable to pass CW through the arc, into Hall
A by morning, they may discontinue their efforts and focus on delivering
beam to Hall D. They will make this determination tomorrow morning. I will
keep everyone current on that issue as it develops. Issues in the Hall A
arc will be explored by MCC around 7AM on Monday, when they will halt
operations for several studies.

For now, let's plan to meet Monday at 4PM to discuss our plans.
