[Halla_running] RC Meeting - 4PM - NEW LOCATION: counting house, floor 2 conference room

Hello everyone,

I would like to call an RC meeting at 4PM today (MONDAY) to discuss the
weekend progress and current issues. We will also discuss MCC's plans for
the beam for the following days, along with our corresponding plans.

Please note that the meeting is in a NEW LOCATION, in the conference room
on the second floor of the counting house. The room is a little more plush
than the hall C counting room.
