[Halla_running] Hall A RC update

Hello Everyone,

MCC was able to deliver us reliable 5-pass 5 uA CW since about 14:00 (log
entry) <https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3323892>. In this case, we will not
be moving forward with the 2-pass HRS-R test/study that we had discussed
earlier today. We will instead continue with our beam line
test/commissioning with 5-pass, as originally scheduled.

The logbook will be updated regularly, but I will keep everyone apprised if
there are any additional changes or major achievements.
