[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Present Beam Status

Presently. MCC is having problems with beam loss in the 9S region. Looking back the problem started
last Saturday night. At this point MCC is still investigating the problem. The decision was made
to continue the 750MHz separator work on Monday. So once the beam loss problem is solved beam
will be sent to Hall A and B until Monday. 
The target is cold so target operator must come to shift.  At this point even with the uncertainty in beam,
we will keep with the present shifts. So please come to your shift.
