[Halla_running] experiment status, RC meeting

In the past 72 hours, since Friday, we've collected 59.2 hours
of ABU for an 82% efficiency, just sitting at one kinematics.

We had a few hours of downtime on Saturday due to a VME power
supply; it was fixed by Paul King.  We've also had an increasing
trip rate due to one zone 2L23 of the accelerator; today the MCC
will reduce the gradient there, compensating by raising it elsewhere,
and that is expected to recover the stability.

The RF recovery planned for tomorrow has been cancelled.  That
means we run straight through the week.  We may consider stopping
to fix the Compton, but that's open for discussion.  It depends
in part on how long (access / downtime) it takes to fix things.

We plan to do a Moller measurement at 10 am on Wednesday.
We may do an Energy measurement sometime; not sure yet.

We'll have a short RC meeting today at 4 pm.
