[Halla_running] status, plans, RC mtg 4pm

Production data-taking has continued smoothly.  Today at 10 am
we'll do a Moller measurement.  After that, back to production.

At 4pm we'll have an RC meeting.  Maybe by then we'll have some
information about what will happen next week -- possible calorimeter
calibration at 3-pass, then 4-pass production running concurrent
with hall D, etc.  (??)  At present, I don't know the details.

Ciprian Gal takes over as RC this afternoon.
