[Halla_running] TO shifts open this weekend and hall access

Hello everyone,

We currently have 3 TO shifts open this weekend. If you have not filled
your quota yet this would be a great opportunity to get that sorted out. I
also want to remind your that without a TO the experiment cannot run and it
would really be a shame to lose the good beam that MCC has been delivering.

If things go well through the weekend on Monday we are scheduled for a pass
change. DVCS will have to change the calorimeter and HRS positions and do a
survey. This will take about 2 hours. I am aware of two other tasks that
could be accomplished parasitically to the DVCS work: Compton optics table
work and SBS network switch work. We are already short of keys (this will
be a controlled access) but if you have some work that could be done (if
keys are available) please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate
you.
