[Halla_running] DVCS/GMp experiment daily meeting: 4pm 2nd Floor Counting House (Tuesday)

Dear Collaborators,

With the (hopefully) imminent start of running we will return to having
regular on-site meetings at 4pm in the Counting House conference room
(2nd floor).  We'll run Bluejeans so offsite people can connect.

** Request for Tuesday 4pm meeting **
  As the new Run Coordinator, I'd like to have a quick update on the
  following systems at the Tuesday 4pm meeting:
  - HRS magnets
  - HRS detectors (left and right arms)
  - DVCS calorimeter
  - DAQ status
  - Beamline instrumentation/readout
    - BCMs, BPMs, Harps
  Please let me know what works, what doesn't, and what is being 
  worked on.


** Shift Staffing **
  'The Plan'[TM] is still for Accelerator to start beam delivery to
  Hall A during Thursday DAY.  I see there are a lot of gaps in the
  shift schedule during the weekend and SWING shifts in general.

** Target Training -- Friday, Feb 5 **
  JP sent out an email this afternoon covering Hall A/C cryotarget
  target training.  Anyone who plans to take shift as a Target Operator,
  who has not previously been trained, will need to take a class, a
  practical training session, and a supervised practice before becoming
  a certified Target Operator. For more information, see

  We will have one Hall A/C cryotarget training class on Feb 5 (Friday)
  10--12 in CEBAF Center room A110. This will be the only class
  scheduled for this run period.  Please sign up by sending
  <jpchen at jlab.org> an email if you plan to attend the training class.
  The practical training will occur soon after the target is cooled
  down.  This should happen early next week -- stay in touch with JP.
