  <li>We locked up the Hall Thursday SWING to allow MCC to begin steering 2-pass
  beam up the Hall A line (no Compton chicane, no target, no shift crew needed
  tonight)
  <ul>
    <li>Tune beam restriction in place (CW prohibited)
    </li><li>Target set to 'no target' position, and motion controller locked out
    </li><li>DVCS calorimeter moved as far back as possible
    </li><li>All HVs turned off
  </li></ul>
  </li><li>CH will be staffed starting Friday DAY shift.

    <li>We will be going to Controlled Access Friday morning to allow work to
    continue on the HRS dipole controls.
  </li></ul>
  </li><li>We plan to run 2-pass beam starting in SWING and through the weekend,
  focusing primarily on beamline instrumentation checkout and opportunistic
  detector work

    <li>5 uA CW limit on all solid targets (since target is warm)
