[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status and Plan for today Feb 26

All of the important 1-pass optics runs were taken overnight.  We're just waiting on two more points of a delta scan, and then we can give up the beam to MSS (at about 9 am) to do tuning for 4-pass.  During the beam tuning, we can have a 1-hour access to do the following.

-- Techs move L-HRS to 26.3 degrees
-- DVCS calorimeter to 11.73 degrees, r = 2.5 m
-- R-HRS trigger (T3) diagnosis and repair

We have only 10 keys, so the shift leader should control who goes in, and each task should keep their personnel to a minimum.  Try to keep the access to <= 1 hour, though it can spill over a little bit.

Once we have 4-pass beam, the Compton folks will need to re-establish Compton with help from accelerator (probably Yves).

Then we go into production mode for the weekend.  DVCS kinematics Kin48_3 and the 4th-pass GMp program as per HALOG 3384306
