The hall is set up for 4-pass production running, and everything looks fine on our end, but we are waiting for the beam delivery since yesterday evening.  It may happen today.  A vacuum issue needs to be resolved in the Compton chicane this morning.  When beam arrives, the shift crew should re-establish "good beam" parameters: the X,Y locations on the two BPMs nearest the target and the raster size; write these on the whiteboard for future shifts to reference.  Compton experts will help guide the reduction of background in the Compton chicane, which is thought to also reduce backgrounds in the DVCS calorimeter (it seems to help in the case that those backgrounds are really bad due to halo).

Basically, we want to get into production mode ASAP.
