[Halla_running] no RC meeting this weekend; decisions to make; status

There are no RC meetings this weekend.  Apparently, that's the
tradition for weekends.

We are currently in "waiting for beam" mode, and will start
4-pass production when it arrives.

The spokespersons on DVCS and Gmp have a couple decisions to
make; let me know by Sunday evening:

1. I think we already agreed to do Moller on Monday.  The
question is whether or not to augment this with a mini-spin-
dance ?  Cost is some extra time, benefit is knowing the Wien.

2. Should we (i.e. Doug and Yves) do an energy measurement
and if so, when ?  Monday and Wednesday seem like candidates.
