[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status update

MCC updated their schedule. Now beam delivery is schedule for Thursday day shift.
Therefore shifts are cancel through Wednesday owl.
We plan to do target cooldown Wednesday day.
Starting Wednesday day we will have target shifts.
Starting Thursday day we will have regular 3 person shifts.
Of course things can change.
