[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status update

The latest MCC schedule has the halls closing up Thursday swing. This will just
be to complete the 5.5 pass setup for three shifts. Production beam is scheduled for
Friday swing. Still looking to do target cooldown on Wed, but need to
confirm with target group. 
So SL and 3rd are cancelled through Thursday day. 
Consider SL and 3rd on standby for Thur swing and Fri owl.
We will need target operators starting Wed day.
