We're in a smooth production mode now, accumulating statistics at a fixed 
kinematics for DVCS and Gmp.  We're basically taking run after run.

We plan to do a Moller measurement at 3 or 4 pm today.  If the 
polarization is over 80% we will not spend the time on a spin dance,
but if under 80% we will optimize the spin orientation.

There was an EPICS "storm" over the weekend, and plenty of log entries 
about that.  It seems that the experts (Brian Bevins, et. al.) are
looking into that, and when its fixed we'll back out of the temporary
measures we took.
