[Halla_running] urgent need for TO tonight !!

Tonight's owl shift TO cannot make it, so we have an urgent need for someone to fill in.
For the same reason also the Dec 1 owl TO is needed.

Also the owl on Dec 2, 3, 4 are understaffed, but the big emergency is tonight.

I think Bashar is NOT going to be on owl shift (Nov 30, Dec 3, 4), even though the web page 
shows otherwise and in any case he is not a TO (If I'm wrong about any of that, let me know.)
