[Halla_running] Experiment status / RC meeting

The experiments are running quite well.  Thanks to all who
have helped fill in the shift schedule; we are in pretty good
shape for the next week, except for 2 shifts:  swing TO on
Monday and Tuesday.

We'll have an RC meeting (probably brief) today at 4 pm.
We've decided to meet MWF for now.  Meeting info:
