[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Shifts canceled up to and including Monday OWL

We've elected to cancel beam delivery over the weekend and allow work on the HRS dipole supplies and target to continue without interruption.

So, shifts are canceled up to and including Monday OWL.  Monday DAY shift is currently on standby.

The current plan is to start the target cooldown Day shift on Monday but there is a lot to do before then, so stay tuned.
