[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Reminder: Hall A Lockup for MCC magnet checkout at 4--7pm; Controlled Access during Swing

Just a reminder that Hall A will lock up for MCC magnet checkout at 4pm.

The Hall will be in Power Permit for roughly 3 hours for MCC/DC power to checkout the Arc magnets (and Moller supplies, I believe).

It will drop to Controlled Access around 7pm and will remain in CA through midnight to allow target work.  At midnight the plan is to return to PP and soak the magnets overnight through 5am Friday morning.
