[Halla_running] [Revised Logentry] Follow-up Re: short term plan for Thursday and Friday

Unfortunately, MCC got a problem of beam phase change and tried to restore beam NL/SL. 
We didn't get any chance of beam so we postpone the optics runs for LHRS Friday Swing.
As we scheduled yesterday, we are going to be a Restricted Access from 8:00AM Today till 4:00PM Friday.
