Dear All,

>From the MCC meeting in this morning, they are in good shape (recovering all gang phase 
issues and good for further testing 4pass beam elements except BLM communication which ).
So we agree that we can lockup hall earlier around noon (12:00PM), and MCC will BLM measurement 
before 4pass program.
Jack will install hardware for dipole on RHRS by noon. Depending success of installation, 
we decide either resume 1pass or move to 4pass.
Independent of situation, Please all shift crews now should show up by 1PM ! 


PS: We will have 4PM meeting at the second floor in CH. I will remind you later today.
