[Halla_running] Counting house computer upgrades

Hello everyone,

the counting house machines aonl1-3 have been upgraded to CentOS 7 and
are ready for use.

Please try your replay jobs on these machines and let me know if
anything is missing. There probably is. Some fine-tuning is always
necessary. As a fallback, aonl4 is still running RHEL6 for the time being.

Next we'll switch adaq3 <-> adaq1 and upgrade adaq2 and adaq3 to CentOS
7. This may not happen until Monday because of scheduling conflicts on
my end.

Also, please start setting up any slow control jobs (e.g. HV controls)
on adaqsc. You can use the "aslow" account there; it has the same
password as "adaq".
