[Halla_running] Hall A shifts cancelled until Sunday morning (EXCEPT TOs)

Hello everyone,

The accelerator is going into a reconfiguration mode for the next few days.
This means no beam will be provided to the hall until Sunday at the
earliest. For this reason I will cancel all the shifts until Sunday morning
(for now).

*We will keep our target cold so our TOs will need to come in and continue
to monitor the status of the target. *

As soon as I have further information I will send an update email.
