[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

We had a fantastic 24 hours yesterday. The beam was stable and we got a lot done:
    - We finished the 22˚ angle setting for low-side, x=1, and high-side settings
    - We finished the 25˚ angle setting for low-side, x=1, and high-side settings
    - We completed a combined BCM calibration / boiling study
    - We are almost done with the 30˚ angle setting
    - On the right side, we moved the momentum to cover the high side of x=1

We've got less than 24 hours left, and here is what we want to do:
    - On the left HRS
        * add an x>1 setting at 30˚
        * complete 34˚ and 38˚ settings
    - On the right HRS
        * switch to low side of x=1 sometime during swing shift tonight
