Hope everyone got enough candies for the rest of year last night. 

We have smooth running since yesterday!

The energy spread issue we saw from the SLM seems to be resolved after the experts looked into it. They made adjustments in the aperture control in the SLM system, and we got the comparable beam size to the harp scan. See details from: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3618665. 
MCC will perform harp scan few times every day until we gain 100% confidence in the system. 

Note for shift crew:
Please pay attention on dp/p and energy lock (should be ON). Especially when the beam comes back after down time, it should be checked. If it's off, please ask MCC to turn it on.

Plan for today:
We will stay with hydrogen target and continue taking data. Switching to Tritium might be possible (owl or tomorrow) depending on the first fast analysis result.
