[Halla_running] Shift works needed

Dear all,

Looking at the week ahead we can see that not all shifts are covered. In
particular we need
SL for Th Oct 25th OWL, Fr Oct 26th OWL, Sa Oct 27th OWL
and TO for Th Oct 25th OWL
