[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A status

After we came back from the beam studies we finished taking data from the 2.85 GeV/c momentum point. As we were ramping up the Right dipole to go to 2.975 GeV/c it quenched reducing the liquid levels to 0 which produced an imbalance in the ESR. This in turn produced a drop in the liquid levels for the Left dipole which tripped. We ramped down all the magnets and waited for the liquid levels to return to normal. At Heidi's suggestion we decided to not attempt another ramp of the Right dipole until they have a chance to look at it today during RF recovery.

We took data from 3:30 until ~8 AM with the left arm only. 

The RF recovery today is going to be only 2 hours. We have everyone ready to go into the hall as soon as the survey is complete. Dave M will look at installing an additional pump on the target and our techs will investigate the Right dipole. Depending on what we find we will make a decision as to when we will come back to take beam.
