[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Update

Hall in controlled access, Jack and Ethan are checking the Q1 that we observed the output fluctuation this morning. 
Once it's checked out, we will close the hall and ready for the beam. Started setting up RHRS to 1.28 GeV for the optics run. 

Accelerator is down after the Trip Rack Fault since 8:30. 

Once we are ready and beam is available, we will set target and DAQ ready for the optics data taking.
