[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Swing 2/20 - Day 2/21 APEX shifts cancelled, 2/21 Swing On-Call - Septum power supply issues

Hello,

The problems with the APEX septum magnet power supply repairs have eluded immediate solutions, and so the repair work will need to continue into the following day shift while Jack and company continue to troubleshoot.

As such, today's Swing (2/20/2019) and tomorrow morning's Owl (2/21 early morning) and Day (2/21 day) are cancelled. The Swing shift tomorrow (2/21 evening) is On-Call and should expect to get stable beam.
