[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC Daily Update (Daily meeting at 3:30PM in Counting House)

Experiment Status:

Yesterday (2/20) day shift had controlled access again to work on the APEX Septum power supply and to install a vacuum turbo pump and look into vacuum issues in the LHRS. 
At 6 pm we went to controlled access and at 6:30 PM the Hall A moller polarimeter holding field deflection test was successfully completed by 10:40 PM (Atlis: 18862, HALOG https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3656850).
At 11:05 PM the Compton polarimeter was exercised, and compton chicane magnet power supply problems were identified.
The hall went into power permit at 00:15 AM today (2/21) and into controlled access at 7:30 AM.

Hall Status:
The hall is in controlled access now for the Day shift to continue septum magnet power supply work, vacuum maintenance, and to fix the Compton chicane power supply. The vacuum was not improved by adding the turbo pump yesterday, so more careful investigation would be needed to improve the vacuum beyond its current status.
