[Halla_running] APEX Septum Magnet Restored - please fill shifts!

Hello,

The APEX Septum Magnet (and several others) have been restored by Jack and
his team after furious debugging and effort, so all schedule shifts will
run!

Shifts will remain staffed for the foreseeable future, and we still need to
fill 4 shifts over the next week, Saturday and Sunday DAY, Tuesday and
Wednesday OWL, and Wednesday SWING. Please sign up for shifts here
