[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A Status

We were able to enter the hall without ODH restriction and survey (since we were just coming back from the controlled access before the power went down). A list of activities done:
Jessie checked beamline vacuum and reset pumps, and our beamline vacuum is good. All our vacuum valves are closed. 
Jack rebooted iocs and lock out the septum power supply. 
Theo M came in and rebooted all our network switches.
Target vacuum is still at few E-6 and slowly warming up. Both target ladders are at home position. 
Ciprian checked Compton and locked out the laser (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3697436). 
Simona checked the Moller compressor and chiller and they are ok (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3697413). 
Chandan went down to check the detectors.
After power went down, Paul K turned off all our counting house daq crates. We will keep them off for tonight and he will restore and check them out tomorrow (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3697347).

Shifts are cancelled for tomorrow owl and day. Swing on standby for now. CH will not be staffed over night.
