[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Recovery in progress, Hall in restriced access

We lost site power yesterday evening due to power outage on Dominion Warwick substation. Experts were called in, and power was back a couple of hours later. We were told it will be multidays of downtime as CHL needs to recover. They lost inventory and will need to check each equipment. ESR back around midnight and our magnet liquid is refilled. 

Hall A recovered fairly well after the power down last night. A list of summaries can be found below. Hall in restricted access, so please go ahead and check your system. Once things come back, we will have to coordinate with Hall C to cool down our target, hall needs to be go through the Checklist and sweep. Please do NOT ramp up the HRS magnets until we hear good to go from Jack or Jessie. 

Shifts are cancelled for today, tomorrow Owl, Day and Swing.
